We ship to all world. We try to be as fast as possible to be able to ship the order as soon as possible.

Please notice that the item that you will receive at your home can be a bit different from the photo, since there are handmade products.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Orders over €50 are free of charge.
We always try to ship as quickly as possible, up to a maximum of four business days.
We are committed to shipping the order as soon as possible, but we are unable to control any delays by the carriers.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

RETURNS
Return of physical products
Not happy with the product you received? Don’t worry, you can return the same to us. All you have to do is contact us within 15 days of receiving your item so that we know you are sending back the item you aren’t happy with. Email us at geral@bling-handmade.com, with your name, and the order number, nature of the problem.
Be careful if you send us to the correct address, we are not responsible if this does not happen. As soon as it arrives, we check if everything is ok and we make the evolution of the value, but you will have to bear the shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept the refund of regular priced items. Sale items, Last Chance To Buy items cannot be returned and refunded.
Return of digital products
Unfortunately we do not offer returns for digital products, but if you have not downloaded the products, send us an email to geral@bling-handmande.com and we will be happy to help you. We do everything to make you satisfied with our design and consequently with the final result.
